Barbara Robertson
was a steel hulled steam trawler built in 1919. Powered by a single boiler her triple expansion engines developed 87 horsepower. Launched from the yards of Cochrane & Sons Ltd, Selby as the Mersey class vessel

, she was sold in 1919 and renamed
Grand Fleet.
1929 saw her sold to Crampin Steam Fishing Co Ltd, Grimsby and renamed
Barbara Robertson.
1938 saw a change of nationality and she went to Denmark for a year until, in 1939, she was sold to Boston Deep Sea Fishing & Ice Co Ltd, Fleetwood and registered as FD 50.
The Admiralty took her for war service in the same year and she was converted for auxilliary patrol duties. On 23/12/1939 she was sunk by gunfire from U 30 (Lemp) to the north of the Hebrides, 35miles NW of the Butt of Lewis. One man lost.
